SHOULD CHRISTIANS BAPTIZE THEIR CHILDREN ?

 To begin with, let's remember that when GOD speaks of a Christian, HE's talking precisely about a Born-Again Christian. Yes, either you are Born Again and are therefore Christian, or you are not Born Again and are not Christian at all.

Open thy Bible in the Book of John 3:1-10.

Nicodemus, a Jewish ruler, goes by night to meet GOD the SON, the LORD JESUS CHRIST, to secretly acknowledge that the LORD JESUS CHRIST is a Teacher sent by GOD. And GOD's response to this Jewish ruler eternally establishes the foundation of Christianity. Let's listen to the Bible.

Verse 3 : JESUS answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of GOD.

Verse 4 : Nicodemus saith unto HIM, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

Verse 5 : JESUS answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the SPIRIT, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of GOD.

 

It's clear: if you're not Born Again, you're not a Christian. Christian means Born Again. To be Born Again means two things that GOD cites with precision so that Nicodemus, the perfect ignorant, the doctor of the law and ruler of the Jews, understands. You must be Born of water, i.e. baptized with water, and you must be Born of the SPIRIT, i.e. baptized with the HOLY SPIRIT. Yes, you embrace GOD by doing something on earth, and GOD embraces you by doing something in Heaven. This is how two people kiss. Each embraces the other. It is you who enter the waters of Baptism here on earth, and it is GOD in Heaven who baptizes you with his HOLY SPIRIT. These are the two things that, when accomplished, make you a Christian, that is, a Born-Again man (woman).

 

Reread verses 3 and 5 above calmly. Reread several times and reread carefully because the WORD of GOD is written to make those who put their faith in IT absolutely wise and intelligent. Yes, you'll soon see that the WORD of GOD makes you absolutely wise and intelligent.

 

In geostrategy, I've often seen stupid fools from the West and the East talk for years on end, even though they don't know the WORD of GOD which created the visible universe and the invisible universe. What are these stupid fools talking about?

Let us get back to Baptism.

In verses 3 and 5 above, GOD speaks of every person, without distinction of race or people. But early Christians, including the first twelve Apostles of the LORD JESUS CHRIST, understood this instead:

Verse 3 : JESUS answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a natural Jew be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of GOD.

Verse 5 : JESUS answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a natural Jew be born of water and of the SPIRIT, he cannot enter into the kingdom of GOD.

 

This misunderstanding is so dangerous that GOD had to intervene vigorously with a dazzling vision, to correct the error of the first Christians, all natural Jews by birth. The WORD of GOD sharpens your intelligence and teaches you precision.

Let's open the Bible and discover the dazzling vision with which GOD firmly corrected the misunderstanding of the first Christians, who were all natural Jews. First dance for joy in your bedroom before reading this vision in your Bible, for it will free you from two thousand years of lies and smoky imaginations spread throughout the world by the satanic religious temples that call themselves Christian. Go to Acts 10: 1- 48.

If you've finished reading Acts 10:1- 48, let's focus on the conclusion of the vision:

Verse 44 : While Peter yet spake these WORDS, the HOLY GHOST fell on all them which heard the WORD.

Verse 45 : And they of the circumcision (natural Jews) which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the HOLY GHOST.

Verse 46 : For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify GOD. Then answered Peter,

Verse 47 : Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the HOLY GHOST as well as we?

Verse 48 : And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the LORD. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.

 

While the Apostle Peter is preaching to non-Jews, he Peter, who in his innermost being thinks like all the other natural Jews, that it is only for natural Jews to be Born Again, GOD, from Heaven, baptizes with his HOLY SPIRIT all the non-Jews listening to Peter preach. Total astonishment. Peter remembers the vision GOD had shown him a few days earlier.

 

Verse 15 : And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What GOD hath cleansed, that call not thou common.

Verse 16 : This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven.

Yes, in this vision, GOD literally shook and brutalized the Apostle Peter three times to make him understand that what GOD has declared pure, no one must declare impure.

Remembering the vision, the Apostle Peter intelligently understands that GOD having baptized the non-Jews with his HOLY SPIRIT, all that remains is for him to submit to the TRUTH by baptizing these non-Jews in water. If GOD has already baptized with his HOLY SPIRIT, then who am I to oppose GOD ? Who am I to refuse water baptism to those whom GOD has baptized with his HOLY SPIRIT ?

Now, let's call to the Divine Tribunal all the Satanic temples that call themselves Christian and which, like poisonous mushrooms, have filled the whole earth. Pentecostal temples that in fact worship Satan, Presbyterian temples that in fact worship Satan, Catholic temples that in fact worship Satan, Adventist temples that in fact worship Satan, Baptist temples that in fact worship Satan, Anglican temples that in fact worship Satan, Protestant temples that actually worship Satan, Orthodox temples that actually worship Satan, Methodist temples that actually worship Satan, Calvinist temples that actually worship Satan, Lutheran temples that actually worship Satan, Evangelical temples that actually worship Satan. Should children be baptized ?

Immediately these temples will divide into two camps: some will join the camp of the Sadducees and others will join the camp of the Pharisees.

In the Sadducee camp, the temples of stone and wood will tell you this:

"yes, we baptize children, but only by pouring a pinch of water on their heads".

Obviously, this is satanic, for the Bible is clear: he who is baptized enters the waters of Baptism. You only have to open your Bible to see this. The Ethiopian Eunuch, for example, did not receive a pinch of water on his head; he entered the water completely.

In the camp of the Pharisees, temples of stone and wood will tell you this:

"no, we never baptize children because it's up to them to make their choice when they grow up. So we just teach them in Sunday school".

And the Pharisees, who still think they're spiritual when they're clearly serving Satan, spend most of their time criticizing the Sadducees for pouring a pinch of water on children's heads.

" Would you like your child to be baptized with the HOLY SPIRIT from the womb ? ".

The Bible is clear in Luke 1:15: John the Baptist was filled with the HOLY SPIRIT from his mother's womb.

Luke 1 :15 : For he shall be great in the sight of the LORD, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the HOLY GHOST, even from his mother's womb.

So, you Baptist, Pentecostal, Methodist, Calvinist, Evangelical temples; the question is put to you before the Tribunal of GOD:

"Do you wish your child to be baptized with the HOLY SPIRIT from the womb?".

Look and see the satanic Pharisees plotting against GOD to crown Lucifer king on earth. From here we see the Pharisees scratching their heads and hesitating to answer our question. Indeed, if the Pharisees reply that they wish their children to be baptized with the HOLY SPIRIT from the womb, as John the Baptist was, then GOD will remind them of the vision of Acts 10:1-48 and call them to account. So if GOD baptizes your child with his HOLY SPIRIT from the womb, who are you to deny that child water baptism ? Who are you to declare common a child whom GOD has cleansed? And if the Pharisees reply that they do not want GOD to baptize their children from the womb, then they will have publicly betrayed the worldwide plot against GOD that they are hatching to crown Satan king on earth. So the Pharisees will not wish to state publicly that they refuse to allow GOD to baptize their children with his HOLY SPIRIT from the womb.

Here's how the Pharisees understand the revelation given by GOD to Nicodemus in John 3:1-10:

Verse 3 : JESUS answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except an adult be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of GOD.

Verse 5 : JESUS answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except an adult be born of water and of the SPIRIT, he cannot enter into the kingdom of GOD.

When GOD commands to conform to His WORD, the Pharisaical temples replace what is written in the Bible with their false theologies and imaginations.

And GOD has firmly resolved to pour out his HOLY SPIRIT on our sons and daughters, including the very young and babies. Let's read the Bible.

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my SPIRIT upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

Acts 2 :17

And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith GOD, I will pour out of my SPIRIT upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

All Bible readers know that the "last days" began with the ministry of CHRIST-JESUS on earth at his first coming. So it's now that GOD is pouring out his SPIRIT on our children, including the young. And so it's now that we must be attentive to giving Water Baptism to each of our children on whom GOD pours out his HOLY SPIRIT. When GOD speaks of young people, he doesn't mention a minimum age, which means that "young" begins at the womb, as it did for John the Baptist. We tell you, the Bible makes you absolutely wise and intelligent.

Matthew 21 :16

And said unto him, Hearest thou what these say ? And JESUS saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings THOU hast perfected praise?

Psalms 8 :2

Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast THOU ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.

Yes, GOD uses the mouths of babes and sucklings to ordain strenght and still the enemy and the avenger, and GOD does this because HE has previously baptized these babes with his HOLY SPIRIT. This is how GOD acts, and when GOD acts in this way, who are you then to refuse the Baptism of the waters to those who are at the breast and have received the Baptism of the HOLY SPIRIT ? 

As soon as your children, even babies, are baptized by GOD with the HOLY SPIRIT, hurry to submit to the TRUTH like the Apostle Peter at Cornelius' house by giving your children Water Baptism. In this way, you will have completed their New Birth. Throughout their pilgrimage on earth, Satan will try to draw your children back into the darkness of freemasonry, the rose cross, talmud and various branches of witchcraft, and the initial divine foundation of New Birth will constantly repress Satan's constructions.

 

Before we finish, let's expose a worldwide lie spread by Pentecostal temples. The Bible clearly shows that when it comes to the baptism of the HOLY SPIRIT, GOD sometimes acts one way, sometimes another, as written in the Bible. Sometimes those baptized with the HOLY SPIRIT speak in tongues, sometimes those baptized with the HOLY SPIRIT do not speak in tongues. 1 Corinthians 12:10 says that tongues are a gift from GOD. Yes, a gift. Is GOD obliged to give the same gift to all Born-Again Christians? The Bible says a big no.

1 Corinthians 12:4-6 says that there are diversities of gifts, i.e. not all Born-Again Christians receive the same gifts from GOD. This is clear and precise, and yet the satanic Pentecostal temples have spread the false doctrine all over the world that speaking in tongues is the only proof that you have received the baptism of the HOLY SPIRIT. For Pentecostals, GOD is obliged to give the gift of speaking in tongues to all Born-Again Christians. So, according to Pentecostals, John the Baptist spoke in tongues in his mother’s womb. Behold the darkness of Pentecostalism. Take the millions of mutes we have on this planet. How do Pentecostals know that a mute is a Born-Again Christian? The answer is that satanic Pentecostals wait to see if the mute will speak in tongues. And since the mute will not speak, Pentecostals are not far from concluding, according to their satanic theology, that the millions of mutes we have on this planet will never be Christians, i.e. they will never be Born Again. See where the darkness of Pentecostalism leads. A mute person prays in his mind, praises GOD in his mind, and may even speak in tongues secretly in his mind, just as he may not speak in tongues in his mind. So how will the satanic Pentecostals give the mute the certificate of qualification? The darkness of Pentecostalism is thick, for, Pentecostals hold the Bible in their hands and speak of the baptism of the HOLY SPIRIT, but replace the WORD of GOD with human precepts.

 

People of the earth, come out of all the temples of stone and wood that call themselves Christian, but which in reality spread Satan's lie across the whole earth. The Bible cries out: House Church. Get into the House Churches. Make your homes House Churches as written in the Bible. The temple is cursed by GOD and is a place of lies and Satanism in disguise. Back to the House Churches and back to what is written in your Bible.

WILL THE BRICS CREATE AN ALTERNATIVECURRENCY TO THE AMERICAN DOLLAR?

 It is August 7, 2023 and we have been accustomed for a few decades to the neoliberal hymns regularly sung by the choir of globalists from Davos Forum and by various esoteric groups of darkness. 

As if the global agora was not saturated enough with incantatory songs of the neoliberals, here are new verses distilling us a new and additional song: The BRICS will create an alternative currency to the American dollar (USD).

However, since the development in the sixties of the theory of Optimal Currency Area (OCA) by Robert Mundell and Marcus Fleming, humanity must resign itself to an unavoidable conclusion: money and the Central Bank which manages the money are consubstantial with a specific country.

So the BRICS will never create money because the BRICS are not a country.

Let us take the perfect mobility of people and capital within the currency area. China would like to relocate 300 million Chinese to Siberia but you can clearly see that Russia would not want to hear about it. Let’s not talk about the criterion of optimality relating to the public budget because Russia and China certainly have no intention of transferring each year, 2% of their GDP for example to the other BRICS countries in order to correct the differences in competitiveness. So impossible for the BRICS to have a new currency (more exactly, a single currency managed by a single Central Bank).

Given the impossibility for the BRICS to have a single currency managed by a unique Central Bank, one would be tempted to consider the hypothesis of a common currency (the BRICS countries use the same currency but each country keeps its own Central Bank. All Central Banks issue the same currency). Economic history shows that all attempts of a common currency have failed and once again, the cause is always the non-respect of the Mundell-Fleming optimality criteria which causes the zone to explode when it is repeatedly solicited by asymmetric shocks. We have before our eyes a case of a common currency at the moment: the Euro zone. An examination of the Eurozone Target 2 balances shows that because of differences in competitiveness, the core of Europe (Germany, Luxembourg, Holland) accumulates an increasing claim on the periphery of Europe (Italy, Greece, Spain , Portugal, Ireland). Currently the Bundesbank holds a Target 2 claim of almost 1000 billion EUR on the Central Banks of the periphery of Europe. This is a rotten claim that will eventually be paid by Germany itself because the debtors that are the other Central Banks of the Euro zone are insolvent. To make these insolvent debtors able to pay, Germany must correct the competitiveness gap by transferring 30% to 40% of its GDP each year to the least competitive countries in the Euro zone! This is impossible and eventually, the Euro zone will naturally explode. If the experience of a common currency is so painful and chaotic when it is made between countries of the same civilization (although Slovakia, Croatia and Slovenia are rather of Slavic civilization), we immediately understand that the BRICS countries, all of which are from different civilizations, must abandon any dream of a common currency.

Aware of this impossibility for the BRICS to collectively lock themselves into a single currency managed by a single Central Bank or to dream about having a common currency issued by many Central Banks, economists are proposing a hybrid solution that we will briefly recall before establishing its illusory nature.

The popular solution considered by many economists is the following:

1/ Each BRICS country actually keeps its national currency. Russia has its Ruble (RUB), China keeps its Yuan (CNY), South Africa keeps its Rand (ZAR), Brazil keeps its Real (BRL), India keeps its Rupee (INR) and each new member of the BRICS keeps its current national currency.

2/ A “BRICS Central Bank” is created. We call it BRICSBANK for simplicity purpose. Then each BRICS member country brings BRICSBANK a stock of gold. For example, country “A” brings a ton of gold to BRICSBANK and in return BRICSBANK credits the account opened by country “A” in its books, for an amount of 1 billion BRICSOR. So here is created the new currency of the BRICS, the BRICSOR which will henceforth be used by the member countries of the BRICS, to trade between them. This BRICSOR is fully pledged on gold as you can see. On its assets side, BRICSBANK holds 1 ton of gold and on its liabilities side BRICSBANK has registered in the account of the gold depositary country which is called “A”, 1 billion of BRICSOR. Country “A” therefore holds the new currency which it can use to buy from any BRICS country. So country “A” manages its own national currency, but each time it exports to another BRICS country, it earns new BRICSORs and its account held at BRICSBANK keeps filling up with BRICSORs. Conversely, when country “A” imports from another BRICS member country, it pays with the BRICSORs it holds at BRICSBANK and its account at BRICSBANK will therefore see the amount of BRICSORs reduced.

And now everything is for the best since the international reserve currency, BRICSOR, is entirely covered by gold deposited in the cellars of BRICSBANK.

Now that we have told the whole beautiful story, you already see the big flaw because this story is actually very old. This story was told to humanity in July 1944, during the creation of the international monetary system that the BRICS today contest. Yes this story is exactly that of an international trade carried out in American Dollar (USD) but a USD entirely guaranteed by gold! And one fine day, August 15, 1971, Richard Nixon discovers what kindergarten children know: the supply of gold on the planet is limited and the United States will never have enough gold to cover all the amounts of USD that the countries of the world need to trade internationally. So Nixon simply states that from now on, the United States will issue USD out of nowhere and not backed by gold.

So back to our BRICSOR. Initially, everything will work well, until many member countries of BRICS become emerging economies. Imagine, for example, 1 billion Sub-Saharan Africans gradually emerging from underdevelopment after joining the BRICS. Then the demand for BRICSOR to trade will become such that BRICSBANK will do exactly like Richard Nixon: issue BRICSOR out of thin air, without any counterpart in gold stock. And here is an old friend that you recognize and who is called credit! In the current monetary system, this old friend that is credit is carried by the issuing country of the currency which is used in international trade, that is to say that to carry this credit, the United States let their public budget deficit slip away to absolutely staggering heights. And who is financing this public budget deficit? The rest of the world ! And why is the Rest of the World financing? Because the United States has the military strength to forcibly confiscate energy and mineral resources in various parts of the world in order to finance itself for free.

When we add to the current BRICS countries the long list of new candidates (only Afghanistan and its Taliban are missing), we see that the differences in competitiveness between countries within the BRICS will be so gigantic that very quickly, the question of issuing BRICSOR out of nowhere (not backed by gold) will arise. And who is going to make budgetary transfers to support the weak competitiveness of BRICSOR structural borrowing countries? To this question, the Mundel-Fleming triangle answers that the scaffolding will collapse! And asymmetric shocks will accelerate this collapse.

So what is left as a possible solution to the BRICS?

It is the monetary platform that manages a portfolio of national currencies. For simplicity let’s call this monetary platform PLATBRICS. PLATBRICS must have a legal personality identical to that of a public multinational corporation whose shareholders are the BRICS member states. PLATBRICS must be managed on the community principle of “one country, one vote”. PLATBRICS chooses a portfolio of currencies, depending on the quality of the economy of the country issuing such currencies. When a country “A” for example looks for a currency, its intention is precise: this currency must be able to enable it, if necessary, to buy goods and services in the country issuing the currency concerned. From this, the currency portfolio that PLATBRICS will choose is obvious. All BRICS member countries and potential BRICS candidates can easily buy many goods and services produced in Russia or China, if they hold Rubles (RU) or Yuan (CNY). Therefore, PLATBRICS primarily retains the RU and the CNY in its currency portfolio. The Rupee might be looked down upon by Russia and China as these two countries do not necessarily have significant goods and services to acquire from India. On the other hand, the long list of potential BRICS candidates, especially African countries, have hosts of goods and services that they could acquire in India with INR. So for this reason, PLATBRICS will also admit INR in its currency wallet. The same reason leads PLATBRICS to also admit the Brazilian Real BRL because many countries would gladly buy Embraer aircraft with BRL. PLATBRICS must also have the nature of a Bank, that is to say that PLATBRICS must keep in its books, a BRL account, a CNY account, a RU account and an INR account for each country that adheres to the BRICS. When country “A” which is a BRICS member exports to another BRICS member country, one of its accounts held at PLATBRICS is credited. For example, the amount of CNY or RU held by country “A” in the PLATBRICS books increases. And conversely when country “A” imports from another BRICS member country then one of its accounts held at PLATBRICS is debited. For example, the amount of BRL or INR held by country “A” in the books of PLATBRICS decreases.

Principle of international centrality: The central bank of country “A”, member of BRICS does not hold any account in a central bank of another member country of BRICS. The Central Bank of country “A” holds its accounts only with PLATBRICS. This must be a written rule adopted by each country that wants to join the BRICS.

Principle of local centrality: The commercial banks of country “A”, member of BRICS do not hold any accounts in the commercial banks of other member countries of BRICS. Similarly, the commercial banks of country “A” member of BRICS do not hold any accounts in the central banks of other member countries of BRICS. The commercial banks of country “A” hold their accounts only with the Central Bank of country “A”.

With the two principles of centrality, all the foreign exchange reserves of country “A”, member of the BRICS are only in the books of PLATBRICS. It is PLATBRICS which holds the cumulative total of all the foreign exchange reserves of all the BRICS countries and it is only PLATBRICS which holds accounts in the Central Banks of Russia, Brazil, China and India.

You have understood the usefulness of the two principles of centrality. With these two principles of centrality, it is never again possible to seize the assets held by country “A”. Suppose China is angry with country “A”. The CNY holdings of country “A” are recorded in the books of PLATBRICS. Country “A” is a creditor of PLATBRICS and not of China. And it is PLATBRICS that holds an account with the Chinese Central Bank containing the CNY belonging to several BRICS countries. So China cannot seize the assets of PLATBRICS, which is a legal person quite distinct from country “A”. This resolves the geostrategic question of seizing assets that prompted the BRICS to engage in the search for alternatives to the USD. And if China goes to the General Assembly of PLATBRICS shareholders to propose the seizure of CNY assets held by country “A” at PLATBRICS, China will have to face the principle of voting by “one country, one vote”.

And how are the stark differences in competitiveness going to be resolved? Countries unable to export to provide their PLATBRICS’ accounts with deposits in RU, CNY, INR, BRL will need to negotiate individual credits bilaterally with holders of RU, CNY, INR or BRL. At least debtors and creditors will be well known and it will be up to each creditor to assess the conditions of its loan. This is a new monetary system that does not make the weight of the system bear on a single country.

What about currency exchange transactions? They take place on a single centralized market which is PLATBRICS. No more crazy currency speculation disconnected from transactions on real economic goods and services. The value of each currency at PLATBRICS will therefore result directly from the real economy.

You have already understood that if a global platform similar to PLATBRICS had been added during the Bretton Woods agreements, Russia would never have had its currencies confiscated because it would have been simply impossible. The two principles of centrality automatically eliminate speculative foreign exchange transactions that are disconnected from the production of goods and services. It will be up to each country to ensure that its central bank diligently processes currency transfer requests from local commercial banks.

In addition to the PLATBRICS Platform, the countries that join the BRICS must adopt at least the following criteria to be validated by any candidate:

Commercial subsidiarity criterion: any BRICS member country that sells or buys must first buy or sell within BRICS and must only trade outside BRICS if there are insufficient customers or suppliers within BRICS. This criterion will make it possible to filter and automatically reject unserious candidates. This criterion will also shatter the mad neoliberalism of the Davos Forum globalists.

Criterion of civilizational convergence No. 1: any member country of the BRICS must necessarily adopt a national law which guarantees the individual, the freedom to practice the religion of his choice.

Criterion of civilizational convergence N°2: any BRICS member country must adopt a national law to ban homosexuality, transgender movements, LGBT movements and abortion.

Of course, with the fulfillment of the dream shown by GOD to Nebuchadnezzar in the Book of Daniel, the Church, Body of the LORD JESUS ​​CHRIST will finally constitute this long-awaited single world global empire and it is then that the Born Again Christians will be able to establish a single currency and a single Central Bank over the whole earth.

Or depuis l’élaboration dans les années soixante de la théorie des Zones Monétaires Optimales (ZMO) par Robert Mundell et Marcus Fleming, l’humanité doit se résigner à une évidence : la monnaie et la Banque Centrale qui gère la monnaie sont consubstantiels à un pays précis.

Donc les BRICS ne créeront jamais de monnaie parce que les BRICS ne constituent point un pays.

Prenons la parfaite mobilité des hommes et des capitaux au sein de la zone monétaire. La Chine voudrait bien délocaliser 300 millions de chinois en Sibérie mais vous voyez bien évidemment que la Russie ne voudrait point en entendre parler. Ne parlons pas du critère d’optimalité relatif au budget public car la Russie et la Chine n’ont certainement point l’intention de transférer chaque année, 2% de leur PIB par exemple aux autres pays du BRICS afin de corriger les différences de compétitivité. Donc impossible pour les BRICS d’avoir une nouvelle monnaie (plus exactement, une monnaie unique gérée par une Banque Centrale unique).

 

Etant donné l’impossibilité pour les BRICS de se doter d’une monnaie unique, l’on serait tenté d’envisager l’hypothèse d’une monnaie commune (les pays du BRICS utilisent la même monnaie mais chaque pays garde sa propre Banque Centrale. Toutes les banque Centrales émettent la même monnaie). L’histoire économique montre que toutes les tentatives de monnaie commune ont échoué et encore une fois de plus, la cause est toujours le non-respect des critères d’optimalité de Mundell-Fleming qui fait exploser la zone quand elle est sollicitée à répétition par des chocs asymétriques. Nous avons sous les yeux un cas de monnaie commune en ce moment : la zone Euro. Un examen des soldes Target 2 de la zone Euro montre qu’à cause des différences de compétitivité, le cœur de l’Europe (Allemagne, Luxembourg, Hollande) accumule une créance croissante sur la périphérie de l’Europe (Italie, Grèce, Espagne, Portugal, Irlande). Actuellement la Bundesbank détient une créance Target 2 de près de 1000 milliards EUR sur les Banques Centrales de la périphérie de l’Europe. Il s’agit d’une créance pourrie qui à terme sera payée par l’Allemagne elle-même car les débiteurs que sont les autres Banques Centrales de la zone Euro sont insolvables. Pour rendre ces débiteurs insolvables capables de payer, l’Allemagne doit corriger l’écart de compétitivité en transférant chaque année, 30% à 40% de son PIB aux pays les moins compétitifs de la zone Euro ! Ceci est impossible et à terme, la zone Euro va naturellement exploser. Si l’expérience de monnaie commune est si douloureuse et chaotique alors qu’elle est faite entre pays d’une même civilisation (encore que les la Slovaquie, la Croatie et la Slovénie sont plutôt de civilisation Slave), on comprend tout de suite que les pays du BRICS qui tous sont de civilisations différentes doivent abandonner tout rêve de monnaie commune.

 

Conscients de cette impossibilité pour les BRICS de s’enfermer collectivement dans une monnaie unique gérée par une Banque Centrale unique, ou de tenter l’expérience d’une monnaie commune, des économistes proposent une solution hybride que nous allons brièvement rappeler avant d’en établir le caractère illusoire.

La solution en vogue envisagée par de nombreux économistes est la suivante :

1/ Chaque pays du BRICS garde en fait sa monnaie nationale. La Russie a son Rouble (RUB), la Chine garde son Yuan (CNY), l’Afrique du Sud garde son Rand (ZAR), le Brésil garde son Réal (BRL), l’Inde garde sa Roupie (INR) et chaque nouvel adhérent aux BRICS garde sa monnaie nationale actuelle.

2/ Une « Banque Centrale des BRICS » est créée. Nous l’appelons BRICSBANK pour simplifier. Puis chaque pays membre du BRICS apporte à BRICSBANK un stock d’or. Par exemple le pays « A » apporte une tonne d’or à BRICSBANK et en contrepartie BRICSBANK crédite le compte ouvert par le pays « A » dans ses livres, pour un montant de 1 milliard de BRICSOR. Voilà donc créée la nouvelle monnaie des BRICS, le BRICSOR qui sera désormais utilisé par les pays membres du BRICS, pour commercer entre eux. Ce BRICSOR est entièrement gagé sur l’or comme vous le constatez. A son actif, BRICSBANK détient 1 tonne d’or et à son passif BRICSBANK a inscrit au compte du pays dépositaire d’or qui s’appelle « A », 1 milliard de BRICSOR. Le pays « A »  détient donc la nouvelle monnaie qu’il peut utiliser pour acheter chez n’importe quel pays du BRICS. Donc le pays « A » gère sa propre monnaie nationale, mais chaque fois qu’il exporte vers un autre pays du BRICS, il gagne de nouveaux BRICSOR et son compte détenu chez BRICSBANK ne cesse de se remplir de BRICSOR. Inversement, quand le pays « A » importe d’un autre pays membre du BRICS, il paye avec les BRICSOR qu’il détient chez BRICSBANK et son compte chez BRICSBANK va donc voir diminuer le montant de BRICSOR. Et voilà que tout est pour le mieux puisque la monnaie internationale de réserve, le BRICSOR est entièrement couvert par de l’or déposé dans les caves de la BRICSBANK.

 

Maintenant que nous avons raconté toute la belle histoire, vous en voyez déjà la grosse faille car cette histoire est en fait très ancienne. Cette histoire fut racontée à l’humanité en juillet 1944, lors de la création du système monétaire international que contestent aujourd’hui les BRICS. Oui cette histoire est exactement celle d’un commerce international effectué en Dollar Américain (USD) mais un USD entièrement gagé sur de l’or ! Et un beau jour, le 15 août 1971, Richard Nixon découvre ce que les enfants de l’école maternelle savent : le stock d’or sur la planète est limité et les Etats-Unis n’auront jamais assez d’or pour couvrir toutes les quantités de USD dont les pays du monde ont besoin pour commercer à l’international. Alors Richard Nixon déclare simplement que dorénavant, les Etats-Unis vont émettre des USD sortis de nulle part et non gagés sur de l’or.

Donc revenons à notre BRICSOR. Au départ, tout va bien fonctionner, jusqu’à ce que de nombreux pays membres du BRICS deviennent des économies émergentes. Imaginez par exemple 1 milliard d’Africains Sub-Sahariens sortant progressivement du sous-développement après leur adhésion aux BRICS. Alors la demande en BRICSOR pour commercer deviendra telle que la BRICSBANK fera exactement comme Richard Nixon : émettre des BRICSOR sortis du néant, sans aucune contrepartie en stock d’or. Et voilà un viel ami que vous avez reconnu et qui s’appelle le crédit !  Dans le système monétaire actuel, ce viel ami qu’est le crédit est porté par le pays émetteur de la monnaie qui sert dans les échanges internationaux c’est-à-dire que pour porter ce crédit, les Etats-Unis laissent filer leur déficit budgétaire vers des sommets absolument stupéfiants. Et qui finance ce déficit budgétaire ? Le Reste du Monde ! Et pourquoi le Reste du Monde finance-t-il ? Parce que les Etats-Unis ont la force militaire nécessaire pour confisquer de force les ressources énergétiques et minières en diverses régions du monde afin de se financer gratuitement.     

Quand on ajoute aux pays actuels du BRICS la longue liste des nouveaux candidats (il ne manque plus que l’Afghanistan et ses talibans), on constate que les écarts de compétitivité entre pays au sein du BRICS seront si gigantesques que très vite, la question d’émission de BRICSOR sortis de nulle part (non gagés sur de l’or) va se poser. Et qui va faire des transferts budgétaires pour soutenir la faible compétitivité des pays emprunteurs structurels de BRICSOR ? On retrouve le triangle de Mundel-Fleming qui dit que l’échafaudage va s’écrouler ! Et les chocs asymétriques vont accélérer cet écroulement.

 

Que reste-il donc comme solution possible aux BRICS ?

C’est la plateforme monétaire qui gère un portefeuille de monnaie nationales. Pour simplifier appelons cette plateforme monétaire PLATBRICS. PLATBRICS doit avoir une personnalité juridique identique à celle d’une société multinationale publique dont les actionnaires sont les Etats membres du BRICS. PLATBRICS doit être géré sur le principe communautaire de « un pays, une voix ». PLATBRICS choisit un portefeuille de devises, en fonction de la qualité de l’économie du pays émetteur de la devise. Quand un pays « A » par exemple recherche une devise, son intention est précise : cette devise doit pouvoir lui permettre, le cas échéant, d’acheter des biens et services dans le pays émetteur de la devise concernée. A partir de ceci, le portefeuille de devises que PLATBRICS retiendra est évident. Tous les pays membres du BRICS et candidats potentiels au BRICS peuvent facilement acheter de nombreux biens et services produits en Russie ou en Chine, s’ils détiennent des Roubles (RU) ou des Yuan (CNY). Donc, PLATBRICS retient en priorité le RU et le CNY dans son portefeuille de devises. La Roupie pourrait être dédaignée par la Russie et la Chine car ces deux pays n’ont pas forcément d’importants biens et services à acquérir en Inde. Par contre, la longue liste des candidats potentiels au BRICS, en particulier les pays Africains, ont des foules de biens et services qu’ils pourraient acquérir en Inde avec des INR. Donc pour cette raison, PLATBRICS admettra également INR dans son portefeuille de devises. La même raison conduit PLATBRICS à admettre aussi le Réal Brésilien BRL car de nombreux pays achèteraient volontiers des avions Embraer avec des BRL. PLATBRICS doit également avoir la nature de Banque c’est-à-dire que PLATBRICS doit tenir dans ses livres, un compte BRL, un compte CNY, un compte RU et un compte INR pour chaque pays qui adhère aux BRICS. Quand le pays « A » qui est membre du BRICS exporte vers un autre pays membre du BRICS, l’un de ses comptes détenus chez PLATBRICS est crédité. Par exemple, la quantité de CNY ou de RU détenu par le pays « A » dans les livres de PLATBRICS augmente. Et inversement quand le pays « A » importe d’un autre pays membre du BRICS alors l’un de ses comptes détenus chez PLATBRICS est débité. Par exemple, la quantité de BRL ou de INR détenu par le pays « A » dans les livres de PLATBRICS diminue.

Principe de centralité internationale : La banque Centrale du pays « A » membre du BRICS ne détient aucun compte dans une Banque Centrale d’un autre pays membre du BRICS. La Banque Centrale du pays « A » détient ses comptes uniquement chez PLATBRICS. Ceci doit être une règle écrite adoptée par chaque pays qui veut joindre les BRICS.

Principe de centralité locale : Les banques commerciales du pays « A » membre du BRICS ne détiennent aucun compte dans les banques commerciales des autres pays membres du BRICS. De même les banques commerciales du pays « A » membre du BRICS ne détiennent aucun compte dans les Banques Centrales des autres pays membres du BRICS. Les banques commerciales du pays « A » détiennent leurs comptes uniquement chez la Banque Centrale du pays « A ».

Avec les deux principes de centralité, toutes les réserves de change du pays « A » membre des BRICS se trouvent uniquement dans les livres de PLATBRICS. C’est PLATBRICS qui détient le cumul de toutes les réserves de change de tous les pays du BRICS et c’est uniquement PLATBRICS qui détient des comptes dans les Banques Centrales de Russie, du Brésil, de Chine, de l’Inde.

Vous avez compris l’utilité des deux principes de centralité. Avec ces deux principes de centralité, plus jamais de saisie possible des avoirs détenus par le pays « A ». Supposons que la Chine soit fâchée contre le pays « A ». Les avoirs en CNY du pays « A » sont enregistrés dans les livres de PLATBRICS. Le pays « A » est créancier de PLATBRICS et non de la Chine. Et c’est PLATBRICS qui détient un compte chez la banque Centrale Chinoise renfermant les CNY appartenant à plusieurs pays du BRICS. Donc la Chine ne peut saisir les avoirs de PLATBRICS qui est une personne juridique bien distincte du pays « A ». Se trouve ainsi résolue la question géostratégique de saisie des avoirs qui a poussé les BRICS à s’engager dans la recherche d’alternatives au USD. Et si la Chine se porte à l’Assemblée Générale des actionnaires de PLATBRICS pour proposer la saisie des avoirs en CNY détenu par le pays « A » chez PLATBRICS, la Chine devra affronter le principe de vote par « un pays, une voix ».

Et comment vont se résoudre les différences criardes de compétitivité ? Les pays incapables d’exporter pour fournir chez PLATBRICS leurs comptes en RU, CNY, INR, BRL devront de façon bilatérale négocier des crédits individuels auprès de détenteurs de RU, CNY, INR ou BRL. Au moins, les débiteurs et les créanciers seront bien connus et il appartiendra à chaque créancier d’évaluer les contours de son prêt. Voilà un nouveau système monétaire qui ne fait point porter le poids du système par un seul pays.

Et les transactions de change de devises ? Elles se déroulent sur un marché unique centralisé qui est PLATBRICS. Plus de spéculations folles sur les devises déconnectées des transactions sur marchandises et services économiques utiles. La valeur de chaque devise chez PLATBRICS résultera donc directement de l’économie réelle.

 

Vous avez déjà compris que si une plateforme mondiale similaire à PLATBRICS avait été ajoutée lors des accords de Brettons Woods, la Russie n’aurait jamais vu ses devises confisquées parce que cela aurait été tout simplement impossible. Les deux principes de centralité éliminent d’office les transactions de change spéculatives qui sont déconnectées de la production des biens et services. Il reviendra à chaque pays de veiller à ce que sa banque Centrale traite avec diligence les demandes de transfert de devises émanant des banques commerciales locales.

Outre la Plateforme PLATBRICS, les pays qui adhèrent aux BRICS doivent adopter au moins les critères suivants à valider par tout candidat :

Critère de subsidiarité commerciale : tout pays membre des BRICS qui vend ou achète doit en priorité acheter ou vendre au sein du BRICS et ne doit commercer en dehors du BRICS que s’il y a insuffisance de clients ou de fournisseurs au sein du BRICS. Ce critère va permettre de filtrer et de rejeter d’office les candidats peu sérieux. Ce critère va également briser le néolibéralisme fou des globalistes du Forum de Davos.

Critère de convergence civilisationnelle N°1: tout pays membre des BRICS doit nécessairement adopter une loi nationale qui garantit à l’individu, la liberté  de pratiquer la religion de son choix.

Critère de convergence civilisationnelle N°2: tout pays membre des BRICS doit nécessaire adopter une loi nationale pour bannir l’homosexualité, les mouvements transgenre, les mouvements LGBT et l’avortement.

Bien entendu, avec l’accomplissement du songe montré par DIEU à Nebucadnestar dans le Livre de Daniel, l’Eglise, Corps du SEIGNEUR JESUS-CHRIST constituera enfin cet unique empire mondial tant attendu et c’est alors que les Chrétiens Nés de Nouveau pourront instaurer une monnaie unique et une Banque Centrale unique par-dessus toute la terre.
